At this time our Nevada Public Offering is fully underway. Interest has been very strong, and we hope to be fully or even oversubscribed very soon.

Most of 2008 was spent doing the audit and clearing the various other regulatory hurdles to get us to this point. We received all approvals and were cleared to offer our stock to the public at the end of 2008.

You might say 2009 is supposed to be the fun year!
